RETURN & REFUND POLICY (JEANS, TROUSERS & RELATED PRODUCTS)

1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.
- Products must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products purchased under clearance/sale offers (if specified at purchase).
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
- One-time exchange per order is permitted.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days or as per bank processing time.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Return Process

- After approval, return instructions will be shared.
- Reverse pickup may be arranged in select locations; otherwise, self-shipping may be required.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
