  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products purchased under clearance/sale offers (if specified at purchase).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
  • One-time exchange per order is permitted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days or as per bank processing time.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Return Process
